What Makes Baklava So Special?
Baklava is a middle eastern pastry filled with amazing buttery layers of fillo and ground nuts with cinnamon.
After baking, the pastry is then soaked in a honey syrup for at least 6 to 8 hours before serving to allow the sweet goodness to soak in! Our baklava is Greek, and so our nuts of choice are walnuts and our honey syrup is a unique blend of honey to provide you with the perfect sweet flavor.

The Colitas Family
This may be your first time enjoying baklava as good as this, but you may have encountered Chris and Deb Colitas before! You can join them during the spring strawberry season at their farm Valley Fruits & Veggies in Bethlehem or grab a delicious gyro from The Gyro Company at Coca-Cola Park during the IronPigs season. They love providing the Lehigh Valley with food options that are fresh and made with love.
